Academic Bio
I obtained my PhD in 2021 from the Lexiques, Textes, Discours, Dictionnaires - Jean Pruvost Center laboratory at Cergy Paris University. My research focuses primarily on contrastive linguistics between Chinese and French: lexicology, lexicography, and the creation of lexicographic resources, with a particular emphasis on phraseology and multi-word expressions. I actively participate in international conferences organized by associations such as EURALEX, ASIALEX, eLex, Bilex, Europhras, ICHLL, and TICEMED, which focus on lexicology, multiword expressions, lexicography, dictionaries, digital tools, and related topics.
Digital Humanities and NLP digital tools are integrated into all my projects (HELD-IDEX, HyPA, HyPE 13-ANR, DiCoP, Chinese and European Digital Lexicography [Project Number: G2023157010L] etc.), focusing on didactics, automatic translation, and digital lexicography, both during and after our PhD research. Passionate about digital innovation and Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools, I sought to deepen my skills and adapt my research to contemporary issues. Thus, after my thesis, I completed a year of computer science training at INALCO-PluriTAL (over 600 hours + 4 months of internships at labotory CRLAO-CNRS-INALCO), which allowed me to gain extensive experience in processing linguistic corpora using cutting-edge digital tools. I am particularly fascinated by the development of lexicological resources and digital lexicographic tools, especially in the areas of phraseology and multi-word expressions—fields that combine my passion for language and new technology.
